The 32R by PreSonus is a series III 32-channel StudioLive console in a 2U rack-mount format. The 32R is extremely versatile. It functions as a 34-input (32 x mic/line) digital mixer with XMAX pre’s, a dedicated stage box and a 40X40 USB 2.0 audio interface – OR 55X55 AVB recording interface. You can also record a stereo mix via the onboard SD recorder. With a huge range of bus and aux output options, ethernet based networking and remote control via iOS / Android and a generous bundle of software, the 32R is ideal for a range of live and studio applications.

  Note that the speed of your processor, amount of RAM and size and speed of your hard drive will greatly affect the overall performance of your recording system. Also, a more powerful system (faster processor with more RAM) will allow for lower latency (signal delay) than you might experience while monitoring audio signals.
