The Audio-Technica ATW350W kit includes a mounting velcro strap designed especially for woodwind instruments. The ATW350 mic is attached to the foam protective windshield at the end of a 5-inch gooseneck style boom arm. The ATW350 microphone is ideal for live situations, featuring excellent off axis noise rejection, and it can also handle high levels of SPL before distortion. The ATW350W is an excellent solution for close-miking in the studio, as the cardioid condenser capsule offers a transparent and detailed sound quality for recording.
